This is where you can get Support in using our services as well as answers to your questions about our Software. For this purpose, we have created articles on a variety of topics and functions.
Applysia includes two areas:
Depending on the role assignment, you can access the App and/or the Cockpit. Not every User has access to both areas, this depends on the respective role (for many Users the Cockpit is less relevant).
Therefore, it is first important to know which User role(s) you have been assigned. This can be seen in the invitation email you received from "Applysia" or a representative of your organization. There is the following distinction:
1. Observer
2. Administrator & Organization Administrator
If you have been assigned the User role "Observer", you will be assigned one of four different Observer roles with different functions in the next step (Normal Observer, Silent Observer, Lead Observer, Moderator). You will find more information about it here.

To help you see more quickly whether the selected article is relevant for you, we have marked each article at the top with "tags" that indicate for which Users (or Observers) with which role the respective article is relevant.

To make it easier for you as an Observer to get started with the Applysia App, we have created a short introductory video for you. Within 5 minutes, we'll give you an overview of the Applysia App and explain the basic functions of the Software, so that you can quickly learn the most important features of our App and start observing an Assessment right away. The structure of the Support Portal is logical and is based on the structure of the Software. This means that you can navigate through the articles and the Software in parallel.
