General, Settings & Scale

General, Settings & Scale

Relevant for: Organisation Administrators, Administrators (see "User Roles in the Cockpit").
To edit a Template, click on "Templates" in the header at the top. In the overview of Templates, click either on the name of the Template or on the "3 dots" on the far right and then on "Edit".
A new page "Edit Template" opens with various options.

You have the possibility to edit the Templates at any time. Even Templates that are already assigned to one or more active Assessments can still be edited (see "Competency Model").
Here you will first find all the information that you specified when creating the Template under "General", “Settings”, "Scale" and "Scale labels" (see "Create Templates") and can edit them (to a limited extent).
However, your entries under "Scale" cannot be changed after you have created the Template. Not even if you duplicate the Template. Accordingly, you must then create the Template again.

At the bottom of the page you can also create and edit the "Requirement-Exercise-Matrix" with the "Behavior Anchors" (see "Requirement-Exercise-Matrix" and "Behavior Anchors"), the "Self Assessment" (see "Self Assessment") and the "Target Profile" (see "Target Profile").

If you want to change something, edit the corresponding subitem and then click "Save" at the top right. You will then be in the Template overview.
