General, settings & scale
Relevant for: Workspace administrators, administrators (see "User roles") To edit a template, click on "Templates" in the header. In the template overview, click either on the name of the template or on the "3 dots" on the far right and then on "Edit". A new page "Edit Template" opens with various options.
You have the option to edit the templates at any time. Templates that are already assigned to one or more active assessments can also be edited (see "Competence model").
Here you will find all the information you provided when creating the template under "General", "Settings", "Scale", and "Scale Labels" (see "Create templates") and can (partially) edit them. However, your entries under "Scale" can no longer be changed after you have created the template. This also applies if you duplicate the template. Accordingly, you will need to create the template anew.
If you want to change something, edit the corresponding section and then click "Save" at the top right. You will then be in the template overview.
