In the browser-based administration interface, you can manage your assessments & templates, the users of the software and your workspace.
Not every Applysia user has access to the administration interface, this depends on the user role they have been assigned (for many users the administration interface is less relevant). Your personal user role was communicated to you in the invitation email you received from “Applysia” or a representative of your organization.
If you have been assigned the user role(s)
- “Administrator” and/or
- “Workspace owner”
you have access to the administration interface and can log in there.
If you have only been assigned these roles (or one of them), you will only work in the administration interface. If you also have the “Observer” role, you also have access to the observer interface.
An overview and explanations of the various user roles can be found here.
The two roles “Administrator” and/or “Workspace owner” are basically the same, but differ in an additional function of the “Workspace owner”:
- Administrator & Workspace owner
- Create and edit assessments
- Create and edit templates
- Create and edit users
- Workspace owner
- Manage organisation

The structure of the Support Portal is logical and is based on the structure of the software. This means that you can navigate through the articles and the software in parallel. For most topics / pages there is an overview article in which basic functions and all possible navigation options of the page are briefly explained.
