Assessments: Documents

NotesRelevant for: Workspace owners, administrators (see "User roles")

You have selected an assessment to edit and are currently in the "Documents" section in the left navigation menu.

Here, you can upload assessment-specific “files”. These can be up to 200 MB in size and can have the following formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, MOV, and MP4.
To upload files, you have several options:
  1. Click the "Add Files" button on the far right,
  2. click “Add Files” in the designated field, or
  3. drag and drop a file into the field.
Under “Document” all your uploaded files will appear.
  1. When you hover the cursor over the uploaded files, a small preview will appear. If you click on the file, it will open in a pop-up window. From here, you can print the file, download it, and open it in a new tab. You can also zoom in and minimize the view.
  2. Click the "Pencil" icon next to a file to rename it.
  3. When you click the "3 dots" on the far right, you can download the file under "Download" or "Delete" it.
InfoYou cannot share these documents with your candidates. If you wish to make documents shareable, upload them as described under "Candidates”.
