Features

Relevant for: Organisation Administrators, Administrators (see "User Roles in the Cockpit").

You have selected an Assessment to edit and are in the navigation menu on the left under "Features".

Here you can see the settings you selected when you created the Assessment. You can edit these settings and select or deselect the "Automatic Consolidation", "Scheduler" and "Share notes" features by clicking on the "switches" on the far right so that they are colored or grayed out (see "Create Assessments")

  1. The "Automatic Consolidation" option automatically calculates the average of the Observers' uploaded ratings and sets it as the consolidated value. You can find out more about this under "Consolidate".
  2. The "Scheduler" can be used to manage the schedule of your Assessment in a Scheduler, allowing the creation of individual Schedules for the Observers. More information about this feature can be found under "Schedule/Scheduler".
  3. By activating "Share notes", Moderators in the Conference can view the notes of all Observers on the different Candidates in the different exercises. You can find more information about this under "Single view Candidates".
