Status

Status

Relevant for: Organisation Administrators, Administrators (see "User Roles in the Cockpit").

You have selected an Assessment to edit and are under "Status" in the navigation menu on the left.

Here, you are given an overview of your Assessment. You can check all the details and, if necessary, navigate to the relevant settings by clicking on "Change" to change something.

Warnings are also displayed here if, for example, no documents have been uploaded for Candidates or not all exercises have been assigned in the Scheduler.

To the right of the Assessment title, you can view and edit the status of your Assessment.

If it says "Draft" in gray, it means that you have not yet activated your Assessment and can still edit it without any restrictions.
  1. You can then click on "Activate" in the upper right corner. By clicking on the small arrow next to "Activate" you can activate your Assessment without sending notifications (e.g. to Observers).
  2. If there are any warnings, they will be displayed under the Assessment title. You should pay attention to these and edit them before activating the Assessment. You can also ignore them and click on "Activate and ignore warnings". By clicking on the small arrow next to "Activate and ignore warnings" you can activate your Assessment without sending notifications (e.g. to Observers).
If it says "Active" highlighted in green, it means that your Assessment is already activated. You can click on "Complete" at the top right to finish it.
When your Assessment is active, almost all settings can still be edited without restrictions.
For example, you can add and replace Candidates and Observers, but you can no longer delete them completely. You can also adjust the schedule and the Competency Model, select or deselect features, and change the date of the Assessment.

If it says "Complete" with a blue background, this means that your Assessment is no longer active but has already been completed.
You can then click on "Reactivate" in the top right-hand corner.
If you reactivate an assessment, the observers will not receive a new notification by email.

Your settings for the Assessment Workflow are also displayed here. This means you can see whether you make status changes manually or have set an automated change. You can adjust your settings at any time by clicking on the "Edit Workflow" button. Further information on the Assessment Workflow can be found here.
