Relevant for: Workspace owners, administrators (see "User roles") You have selected an assessment to edit and are currently in the "Status" section in the left navigation menu.
Here, you get an overview of your assessment. You can review all details and, if needed, click on "Edit" to navigate to the relevant settings to make changes.
Warnings will also be displayed here, for example, if no documents have been uploaded for candidates or if not all exercises have been assigned in the Scheduler.
On the right of the assessment title, you can see and edit the status of your assessment.
If “Draft” is displayed in grey, it means that your assessment has not been activated yet and can still be edited without restrictions.
- You can click on "Activate" in the top right corner. By clicking on the small arrow next to “Activate” you can activate your assessment without sending notifications (e.g. to observers).
- If warnings are present, they will be displayed under the assessment title. You should address these warnings and make necessary changes before activating the assessment. However, you can also choose to ignore them by clicking “Activate and Ignore Warnings”. By clicking the small arrow next to “Activate and Ignore Warnings” you can activate your assessment without sending notifications (e.g. to observers).
If “Active” is displayed in green, it means your assessment is already active. You can click on "Complete" in the top right corner to finalize it.
When your assessment is active, almost all settings can still be edited without restrictions.
For example, you can still add or exchange candidates and observers. You can also adjust the schedule and competence model, switch features on or off, and even change the date of the assessment.
If “Completed” is displayed in blue, it means your assessment is no longer active and has already been completed.
You can then click on "Reactivate" in the top right corner.
If you reactivate an assessment, observers will not receive a new email notification.
