Administration interface login

Relevant for: Workspace administrators, administrators (see "User roles")

To log in to the Applysia software, enter “[YourWorkspaceName].applysia.app” in your browser line. 

Above you can see the customized logo for your workspace. 

Your workspace administrator has received the workspace name - i.e. your domain - from us by email. You were informed about the workspace name in the invitation email that you received from “Applysia” or your (workspace) administrator. 

The workspace name was set beforehand and is typically your company name. 

All Applysia users of your workspace will enter the workspace name in the “Workspace” field when logging in to the administration interface and in the observer interface. Workspace administrators can also look up the workspace name in the administration interface in the workspace settings under “Subdomain” (see “Manage workspace”). 

You now have two options for logging in with your data:

1. Log in with your access data:

1. Under "E-mail" enter your email address.
   
2. Under "Password" enter your selected password. You can also optionally have your password displayed by clicking on the "eye symbol". This makes it easier for you to recognize and improve typing errors.

You can place a tick next to "Stay logged in" to avoid having to enter your password again after closing the tab. 

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions.

Then click on "Log in" to sign in. 

2. Log in via Single Sign On:

You can log in to the administration interface with the same access data that you already use to log in to your computer or for services at your workplace, e.g. Microsoft Entra ID or via Google. To do this, click on the “Log in with [...]” button and log in to the administration interface in the usual way. 

You can only log in via Single Sign On if this feature has previously been activated in the administration interface by your workspace administrator. You can find out more here. 

If you want to log in to the administration interface for the first time, follow the instructions in the invitation email you received from “Applysia” or your workspace administrator. 

A pop-up window will appear. Here you can select your “Start view”, which you will be redirected to after logging in. You can choose between the admin view and the observer interface. Select the admin view if you mainly prepare assessments in the administration interface. Select the observer interface if you mainly take part in assessments as an observer or moderator.
You can change your choice of start view at any time in your user settings. Further information can be found here.

If you want to go to the “Candidate Interface”, click on the corresponding button under “Or continue with”. You will then leave this login area for the administration and observer interface. 

You cannot log into the candidate interface as an Applysia user, only the candidates can do this.

Click on “Change workspace” to log in to the administration interface with a different workspace. A new page will appear where you can enter the name of the workspace in a field. Then click on “Next” to go to the login view for this workspace. Here you can proceed as described above to log in.
