Login Cockpit

Relevant for: Organisation Administrators, Administrators (see "User Roles in the Cockpit").

To log in to the Applysia software, enter "[YourWorkspaceName].applysia.app" in your browser line.
The Cockpit, the administration interface, and the Applysia App, the observer interface, have been combined into a single platform. This means that the login - for both the administration and observer interface - is done via "[YourWorkspaceName].applysia.app". By integrating both interfaces into a single platform, you can easily switch back and forth between the administration and observer interface via links within the respective interface if required.

Above you can see the logo set individually for your organization. 

Your Organization Administrator has received the Workspace name - i.e. the domain of your organization - from us by email. You have been informed about the Workspace name in the invitation email you received from "Applysia" or your (Organization) Administrator.
The Workspace name has been predefined and is typically your company name. 
All Applysia Users in your organization will enter the Workspace name in the "Workspace" field when logging in to the Cockpit and the App. Organization Administrators can also look up the Workspace name in the Cockpit in the organization settings under "Subdomain" (see "Manage Organization"). 

You now have two options for logging in with your data:
1. Log in with your access data:
  1. Under "E-mail" enter your email address.
  2. Under "Password" you enter your selected password. You can also optionally have your password displayed by clicking on the "eye symbol". This makes it easier for you to recognize and improve typing errors.
You can place a tick next to "Stay logged in" to avoid having to enter your password again after closing the tab. 
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions.
Then click on "Log in" to sign in.

2. Log in via Single Sign On:
You can log in to the administration interface (Cockpit) with the same access data that you already use to log in to your computer or to log in for services at work, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory or via Google. To do this, click the "Log in with [... ]" button and log in to the Cockpit in the usual way.
You can only log in via Single Sign On if this function has previously been activated in the Cockpit by your Organization Administrator. You can find out more about this here.
When you log in for the first time after the latest update (as of the beginning of 04/2024), a pop-up window will appear. Here you can select your "Start view", which you will be redirected to after logging in. You can choose between the admin view, the Cockpit and the observer interface, the Web-App. Select the admin view if you mainly prepare Assessments in the Cockpit. Select the observer interface if you mainly take part in Assessments as an Observer or Moderator. You can change your choice of start view at any time in your user settings. If you want to log in to the Cockpit for the first time, follow the instructions in the invitation email you received from “Applysia” or your “Organization Administrator”. 
If you want to go to the "Candidate Portal", click on the corresponding button under "Or continue with". You will then leave this login area for the administration and observer interface. As an Applysia User, you cannot log in to the Candidate Portal; only Candidates can do this.
