Assessment overview

Assessment overview

Relevant for: Organisation Administrators, Administrators (see "User Roles in the Cockpit").
You can access your Assessments by clicking on "Assessments" in the header at the top. A new page opens, on which all created Assessments are listed.
All Assessments from the organizations to which you have access are displayed here. The Assessments that are assigned to other organizations, but to which you do not have access, do not appear in this overview.
Immediately after logging in, you will automatically be on this page.

With the help of the "search field" in the upper right corner you can search all Assessments by keywords to find the desired Assessment. The corresponding search term is highlighted in the results. To delete the search again, click on the "x" on the right in the search field.

To the right of this you will see the "Filter" button. Click on it to open a pop-up window. Here you can make various settings to filter all Assessments on the overview page according to certain criteria.
The following filter options are available for this purpose:
  1. By clicking in the field under "Organization", a list of all organizations that you can access is displayed in the drop-down menu. By default, no specific organization is selected, i.e. the Assessments of all organizations assigned to you are displayed on the overview page. By clicking in the box to the left of the organization name, you can select one or more organizations to be displayed in the filtered assessment overview
The selected organization(s) will then be displayed at the top of the drop-down menu.
Click in the box again to deselect them.
Alternatively, you can select all organizations by clicking on "Select all" at the top left. Click on "Deselect" to deselect the desired organizations.
Click on "Apply" to save your filters for the organizations or on "Cancel" to discard your changes.
  1. By clicking in the field under "Target position", a list of all target positions for which there are Assessments is displayed in the drop-down menu. The desired target positions are selected in exactly the same way as described above under "Organization".
  2. You can set a start and end date under "Date range". This allows you to select only the Assessments that take place within this date range.
Only the start or end date of the Assessments must be within the date range in order to be listed in the filtered view.
No date range is preset by default. You can select the start date by clicking in the left-hand field (the same applies to the right-hand field to set the end date). A calendar view opens in which you can adjust the day, month and year as required.
The earliest date that you can select as the start date is the date of the earliest Assessment in your workspace. The latest date that you can select as the end time is the date of the latest Assessment in your workspace. If you select these two dates, you will not make any filter settings, as all Assessments will then fall within this date range.
Click on the "Cancel" button (in the field for the start date and/or in the field for the end date) to cancel the set period.
  1. You can also filter the Assessments according to their respective "Status". To do this, select the status of the Assessments displayed: in "Draft", "Active" or "Completed" status. The Assessments from each status are displayed by default. Click on the checkbox to the left of the corresponding status if you do not want the Assessments to be displayed in the respective status. You can find explanations of the various statuses under "Status".

The selection of all filters is optional. You can combine the filter settings as desired. Once you have set all filters as required, click on "Filter" to obtain the filtered Assessment overview or on "Cancel" to reset all filter settings.
You will then automatically return to the overview of the Assessments (filtered according to the settings).
If you have set filters, you will see a new line at the top with a "Reset" button and the filters you have set. You can remove all filters by clicking on this button. You will then see the unfiltered Assessment overview again. Alternatively, you can click on the "x" to the right of each of the filters you have set to remove them individually. The Assessment overview is updated automatically.

If you click on the "New Assessment" button next to the "Filter" button, a new page opens and you can create a new Assessment (see "Create Assessments").

You can sort your existing Assessments by these categories in ascending or descending order by clicking on the headings "Name", "Organization", "Date", "Target Position", "Status" and "Deletion Date". By default, Assessments are sorted by creation date.

The list of Assessments is side-scrollable.

To edit an Assessment, click either on the name of the Assessment or on the "3 dots" on the far right and then on "Edit". A new page opens (see "Edit Assessments").

To copy an assessment, click on the “3 dots” on the far right and then on “Duplicate”. A pop-up window will open. Here you can edit the name of the assessment, select the desired organization using the drop-down menu and set a start date. Click on “Duplicate” to create a copy of the assessment or on “Cancel” to end the process. After duplicating, the assessment is opened directly for editing.

If you click on the “3 dots” to the far right of each assessment, you have various options depending on the status of the assessment. If an assessment is in draft status, you can delete the assessment. To do this, click on “Delete”. A pop-up window will open in which you must enter the name of the assessment to be deleted and click on “Confirm” before the assessment is deleted. Alternatively, select “Cancel” to return to the overview.
For active assessments, you can “Complete” the assessment. Here too, a pop-up window appears in which you must confirm the action.
For completed assessments, you have two options for deleting the respective assessment. Either you choose the “Insights archive” option to delete only the personal data or you choose the “Delete” option to delete the assessment completely (you can find more information on the deletion options here). In both cases, a pop-up window opens in which you must enter the name of the assessment to be deleted and click on “Confirm” before the assessment is actually deleted. Click on “Cancel” to return to the overview.

For many Assessments created, the Assessment you want may not be on the first page. You can switch between pages by clicking on "Next" or on the "Page numbers" at the bottom of the page.
