Assessments: Overview

Assessments: Overview

NotesRelevant for: Workspace owners, administrators (see "User roles")
You can access your assessments by clicking on "Assessments" in the top header. A new page will open, listing all the created assessments.
Info
Here, all assessments from the organisations you have access to will be displayed. Assessments assigned to other organisations that you do not have access to will not appear in this overview.
Upon logging in, you will automatically land on this page.

Using the "search field" in the top right corner, you can search all assessments by keywords to find the desired assessment. The relevant search term will be highlighted in the results. To clear the search, click the "x" on the right side of the search field.

Next to it, you will see the "Filters" button. Clicking on it will open a pop-up window. Here, you can make various settings to filter all assessments on the overview page according to specific criteria.
The following filter options are available:
  1. In the dropdown menu under "Organisations", you can select one or more organisations to filter the assessments accordingly.
By default, no specific organisation is selected, meaning that assessments from all the organisations assigned to you will be displayed on the overview page. By clicking the box next to the organisation name, you can select one or more organisations to be displayed in the filtered assessment overview.
    Info
The selected organisation(s) will be shown at the top of the dropdown menu.
Click the box again to deselect.
Alternatively, you can select all organisations by clicking "Select" at the top left. Click "Reset" to undo the selection of desired organisations.
Click "Apply" to save your organisation filter settings, or "Cancel" to discard your changes.
  2. By clicking the field under "Target Positions", a dropdown menu will show a list of all target positions for which assessments are available. Selecting the desired target positions works exactly as described above under "Organisations".
  3. Under "Date Range", you can set a start and end date. This allows you to select only those assessments that occur within this period.
InfoOnly the start or end date of the assessments needs to fall within the period to be listed in the filtered view.
By default, no date range is pre-set. By clicking the left field, you can select the start date (similarly for the right field to set the end date). A calendar view will open, where you can adjust the day, month, and year as needed
InfoThe earliest date you can choose as the start date is the date of the earliest assessment in your workspace. The latest date you can choose as the end date is the date of the latest assessment in your workspace. If you select these two dates, no filter settings are applied, as all assessments will fall within this period.
Click the "Clear" button (in the start date and/or end date field) to clear the selected period.
  1. You can also filter assessments by their respective "Status". Here, you can choose the status of the assessments to be displayed: "Draft", "Active", or "Completed". By default, assessments from all statuses are displayed. Click the box next to the relevant status if you do not wish to display assessments in that status. Detailed explanations of the statuses can be found in the article "Status".

The selection of all filters is optional. You can combine the filter settings in any way you wish. Once you have set all the filters as desired, click on "Filter" to receive the filtered assessment overview, or click "Cancel" to reset all filter settings.
You will then automatically return to the overview of the (filtered) assessments, depending on your settings.
If filters are applied, you will see a new row at the top with a "Clear all" button and the filters you have set. By clicking this button, you can remove all filters. The assessment overview will then return to its unfiltered state. Alternatively, you can click on the "x" to the right of each individual filter to remove them one by one. The assessment overview will update automatically.

If you click on the "New Assessment" button next to the "Filter" button, a new page will open, and you can create a new assessment (see "Create assessments").

You can sort your existing assessments in ascending or descending order by clicking on the headings "Name", "Date", "Target Position", "Status", and "Deletion Date". By default, the assessments are sorted by creation date.
InfoThe list of assessments is horizontally scrollable, allowing you to view the information under all headings.
Click on the name of the assessment or on the "3 dots" on the right, then click "Edit" to edit the assessment. A new page will open (see "Edit assessments").

To copy an assessment, click on the "3 dots" on the far right and then click "Duplicate". A pop-up window will appear. Here you can edit the name of the duplicated assessment, select the desired organisation using the dropdown menu, and set a start date. Click "Duplicate" to create a copy of the assessment or "Cancel" to abort the process. After duplicating, a new page will open where you can continue editing the assessment directly.

If you click on the "3 dots" on the far right next to each assessment, different options will be available depending on the status of the assessment.
Info
Regardless of the status of the assessment, you will always have the option to "Duplicate" or "Edit" it, as described above.
If an assessment is in draft status, you can delete the assessment. Click on "Delete" to do so. A pop-up window will appear, where you must enter the name of the assessment to be deleted and click "Confirm" before the assessment is deleted. Alternatively, select "Cancel" to return to the overview.
For active assessments, you can "Complete" the assessment. Again, a pop-up window will appear where you must confirm the action.
For completed assessments, you have two options for deleting the respective assessment. Either you choose the "Insights archive" option to delete only the personal data, or you select the "Delete" option to completely remove the assessment (for more information on deletion options, see here). In both cases, a pop-up window will open where you must enter the name of the assessment to be deleted and click "Confirm" before the assessment is permanently deleted. By clicking "Cancel", you will return to the overview.

If many assessments have been created, it may be that the desired assessment is not on the first page. Use the "Page numbers" or the "Next" button to navigate through the list if the desired assessment does not appear on the first page.
