The selection of all filters is optional. You can combine the filter settings as desired. Once you have set all filters as required, click on "Filter" to obtain the filtered Assessment overview or on "Cancel" to reset all filter settings.
You will then automatically return to the overview of the Assessments (filtered according to the settings).
If you have set filters, you will see a new line at the top with a "Reset" button and the filters you have set. You can remove all filters by clicking on this button. You will then see the unfiltered Assessment overview again. Alternatively, you can click on the "x" to the right of each of the filters you have set to remove them individually. The Assessment overview is updated automatically.
If you click on the "New Assessment" button next to the "Filter" button, a new page opens and you can create a new Assessment (see "Create Assessments").
You can sort your existing Assessments by these categories in ascending or descending order by clicking on the headings "Name", "Organization", "Date", "Target Position", "Status" and "Deletion Date". By default, Assessments are sorted by creation date.
The list of Assessments is side-scrollable.
To edit an Assessment, click either on the name of the Assessment or on the "3 dots" on the far right and then on "Edit". A new page opens (see "Edit Assessments").
To copy an Assessment, click on the "3 dots" on the far right and then on "Duplicate". A copy of the selected Assessment will be created, which you can open and edit as described before.
If you click on the "3 dots" on the far right of each Assessment, you also have the option to "Delete" the respective Assessment. A pop-up window will open where you have to enter the name of the Assessment you want to delete and click on "Confirm" before the Assessment will really be deleted. You can also click "Cancel" and return to the overview.
For many Assessments created, the Assessment you want may not be on the first page. You can switch between pages by clicking on "Next" or on the "Page numbers" at the bottom of the page.
