Assessment

Assessment

Relevant for: Organisation Administrators, Administrators (see "User Roles in the Cockpit").
You have selected an Assessment to edit and are under "Assessment" in the navigation menu on the left.

The "Open Assessment" button is located at the top right. Click on it to open the Assessment in the observer interface in a new tab.
Please note that you can only access the observer interface and the corresponding Assessment if you have the “Observer” user role and have been assigned to the Assessment. Otherwise, this button will be visible to you but cannot be clicked. You will then not be able to access the observer interface.

Here you can see and edit some of the information you provided when creating the Assessment.
This includes the areas "General", "Assessment Workflow" and "Branding". More information on the individual options can be found in the article "Create Assessments".
Assessments that have already been created and are either in draft status or active status are also adapted to the new workflow logic (further information on the Assessment Workflow can be found here).
By default, Assessments are activated and completed manually. If the "Never delete" option was activated when the Assessment was created, the deletion is also done manually. If you have previously entered a period of time after which the Assessment should be deleted, the deletion will now take place automatically. By default, the personal data is deleted after the Assessment is completed and the remaining data is used for the Insights.
You can edit these settings at any time. You can find more information on editing the Assessment Workflow here.
The Competency Model as well as the features can be changed under "Competency Model" and "Features".
If you want to change something, edit the corresponding subitem and then click "Save" in the upper right corner.
