In this article you will find an overview of all placeholders that you can integrate into your report template. The corresponding placeholders are then "filled" in the final report with all the information that you have previously stored and entered in the assessment. After you have created this template once, you can generate all candidate result reports at the click of a button.
In the appendix (at the bottom of this page) you will find a sample report template that you can download. You can use this as a starting point and adapt and edit it according to your individual requirements. The template is intended to support you in creating your own report templates.
On the right side next to this article you will see a navigation menu. Under "On this page" all categories are listed, for which there are placeholders. By clicking on one of the categories you can navigate directly to the desired place in this overview.
Within each category, you will first see an overview of the available loops and placeholders in that category, followed by a practical application example.
On the left side, the placeholder is integrated into an example text, just as you do in your report template. On the right side you can see the result in the report, where the placeholders are replaced by actual information and content.
Depending on the category, you will also see a short note text that contains category-specific information.

here.
With these loops, you can call up all competency notes you have made in the assessment - across all competencies and exercises. You can find out how to list the notes by competencies
here. You can find out how to list the notes by exercise

Competencies
Use the {#competencies} loop to list all competencies that were assessed within the assessment. You can combine the various placeholders within the {#competencies} loop as you wish, depending on the information you want to integrate into your report.
The displayed competency rating is calculated depending on the individually selected rating setting. You could make four different settings in the process:
- If you have not consolidated a competency, no value is displayed here.
- If you have performed a consolidation for a competency, this value is displayed here.
- If you have activated the automatic consolidation, the mean values of all evaluations for this competency will be calculated automatically.
- If you have activated the final consolidation in the conference, the final value set in the conference is displayed here.

With the {#exercises} loop, you can integrate the various exercises performed in the assessment into your final report.
The displayed exercise rating is calculated depending on the individually selected rating setting. Thereby you could make three different settings:
- If you have not made a consolidation for the competencies of an exercise, no value is displayed here.
- If you have performed an (automatic) consolidation for the competencies of an exercise, the exercise score will be the average of all consolidated competency scores for the exercise (across competencies).
