Homepage

After logging into the candidate interface, you will first see an overview of your assessment.

Overview

In the top bar, you can switch between German, English, French and Italian by clicking the button with the "world icon".
To the right of it, you can log out of the candidate interface by clicking on the "Logout” button.

Additionally, a welcome message will initially be displayed, and you can complete tests or exercises and view documents.
To do this, click on the highlighted button in the corresponding phase to be redirected to the homepage, where you can complete the respective steps and view the shared documents (see “Homepage”).

The button is only visible when the corresponding phase can currently be worked on.
Once all steps in a phase have been completed, the phase will be marked as "Completed" and can no longer be accessed.

In the left menu, you can see an overview of all the files that have been shared with you.

There are two different types of files:
  1. "General documents" and
  2. exercise-specific files, which are displayed to you sorted by the respective exercises.

File preview

In the center of the screen, you will see a preview of all the files shared with you. By clicking on the preview of the desired file, it will open in a "Single view files".

Using the search box in the top right corner, you can search the candidate interface.
Next to it, there is a button with the "download“ icon and the inscription "Download (x)", as well as a number displayed in parentheses. The number in parentheses indicates how many files are available for download.
