Notes (Consolidate)

Notes (Consolidate)

Relevant for: Normal Observers, Lead Observers, Moderators (see "Observer roles in the App")

Under "Notes" you can see your own notes (handwritten notes, text notes and competency notes) for each Candidate in the respective exercise. You also have the option here to add new competency notes and adjust or delete your own existing competency notes.

The handwritten notes and the general exercise notes cannot be changed, only viewed.

Additionally, you can favorize the competency notes. On the right in the line next to the respective competency note you will see a star with a gray border. By clicking on it, you favor the corresponding competency note. The star on the right will then be displayed in yellow. You can un-favorize this note by clicking on the star again. The favorites of the competency notes are also visible in the individual view of the Candidates in the Conference. More information about the Conference can be found here.
