Conference overview

Relevant for: Normal Observers, Lead Observers, Moderators (see "Observer roles in the App")

In the Assessment Overview at the bottom of the Schedule, under "Conference", click "Start Conference" and a new page will open.

If the Assessment is still in Draft status, you cannot start a Conference. Accordingly, you do not have the option to click on "Start Conference" in the Schedule. 

Here the view does not differ, no matter whether you work in landscape or portrait format.

In the Web-App, you work permanently in landscape view.

On the new page, you can export and save your entire Conference data in the top row by clicking on "Export CSV". If you want to export the individual tables or graphs, click on the "save icon" above. 

Below you can see the Candidates of the Assessment. By clicking on one (or more) Candidates, you can hide the results of the respective person. The check mark in front of the name will then disappear. Click on the name again to show the results again. 

The Consolidated Matrix is used to compare Candidates. Under "Rating" you will see a table of the consolidated or finalized values of all Candidates per competency.  Here, either the consolidated or finalized numerical values are displayed or - if you have activated the option in the Cockpit - the individually deposited symbols/characters.

If you have stored Competency Clusters in the Cockpit, logically related competencies are displayed categorized by clusters in the matrix. The competencies for which there are unconsolidated values are highlighted by a hatched marking. Below the consolidated matrix, this function is shown in a legend on the left side.

Under "Ranking", a ranking of the Candidates per competency is created on the basis of the rating. Again, the competencies are categorized according to the higher-level clusters. In the Ranking, the intensity of the colors depends on the rank of the Candidates. High ranks are displayed in darker shades and lower ranks in lighter shades. In addition, "average values" are formed. The table can be scrolled sideways.

Below the consolidated matrix, you can view the individual results of all Candidates by clicking on the "Details-button" - either in numerical values or in the individually deposited symbols/characters. A new page will open where you can view the consolidated matrix, the Candidate's competency profiles, and the Observers' candidate-specific notes. In addition, here you have the possibility to set a final value for each competency of the Candidate individually.

Only if the final consolidation function has been activated in the Cockpit before, you have the possibility to enter the final competency value here. You can learn more about this here.

Under "Competency Profiles" you can see a graphical comparison of the Candidates in the different competencies. 

You can also use the “Target Profiles” to see at a glance whether the Candidates' competencies are within the previously defined requirements range. The target profiles are displayed with the help of a green highlighted area in the graphic representation of the competency profiles.

Only if the "Target Profiles" feature has previously been activated in the Cockpit and values have been set, the target profiles are displayed in the App in the Conference. You can find out more about this here.

In order for the consolidated values to be displayed in the Conference, the consolidation must be performed and finalized beforehand (see "Consolidate").
