In the assessment overview, click on “Start Conference” under “Conference” at the bottom of the schedule, and a new page will open.
If the assessment is still in draft status, you cannot start a conference. Consequently, you will not have the option to click “Start Conference” in the schedule.
In the web-based observer interface, you work in landscape mode by default and can refer to the screenshots as they appear. In the native iPad app, you can work in either landscape or portrait mode. The view remains the same, regardless of whether you are in landscape or portrait mode.
On the new page, you can export and save all your conference data by clicking on “Export CSV” in the top row. If you want to export individual tables or charts, click on the “Save Icon” above them.
These buttons/symbols are only visible if you have been granted permission by the (workspace) administrator to export files from the assessment. Further information on the authorizations of the user roles can be found here.
Below, you will see the candidates of the assessment. By clicking on one (or more) candidates, you can hide the results for that person. The checkmark before the name will disappear. Click the name again to reveal the results.
The consolidated matrix is used for comparing candidates. Under “Rating” you will see a table of the consolidated or finalized values for all candidates by competency. Here, you will either see the consolidated or finalized numerical values or, if you have activated this option in the administration interface, the individually assigned symbols/characters.
If you have defined competency clusters in the administration interface, logically related competencies will be categorized by clusters in the matrix. Competencies with un-consolidated values are highlighted with a shaded marking. This function is represented in a legend on the left side below the consolidated matrix.
Under “Ranking" a ranking of candidates by competency is created based on the ratings. Here too, competencies are categorized according to the overarching clusters. In the ranking, the intensity of the colors depends on the rank of the candidates. High ranks are shown in darker shades and lower ranks in lighter shades. Additionally, the average rank of a candidate across all competencies is formed. The table is scrollable horizontally.
Below the consolidated matrix, you can view the individual results for all candidates by clicking on the “Details Button” - either in numerical values or in the individually assigned symbols/characters. A new page will open where you can view the consolidated matrix, the observer rating, the competency profiles of the candidate, as well as the candidate-specific notes from the observers and generate automated result reports (more information about reporting can be found under “Report Templates”). You also have the option to set a final value for each competency of the candidate individually.
