General & Settings
On the start page, you can now see all the Assessments to which you have been assigned as an Observer. In the upper left corner you will see the Workspace logo set for the Assessment Workspace. The bluish accent (in the screenshots) appears in the color that has been individually set for the Workspace.
In the Web-App, you will also see the "Manage Assessments" button on the right-hand side.
This button is only visible in the Web-App and only for Users who are not only Observers/Moderators but also Administrators and therefore have access to the Cockpit (administration interface).
By clicking on the button, the administration interface opens in a new tab and you can view the list of Assessments in the Cockpit and continue working and making changes here as you wish. This means that you are forwarded directly to the administration interface (Cockpit) without having to log in again. At the top right of the overview page is the "Logout icon". Click on it to log out. You will then be taken back to the login page of the App.
In the upper right corner you will also see a "gear" and your "name". When you click on the button, a new page will open and you can make settings in the App.
Under "Accessibility" you can
switch the App to Left-Hand-Mode and
save your App credentials between logins so you don't have to log in each time.
Under "Notes", you can deactivate the Apple Pencil so that notes can be taken with the finger or a third-party pencil in the notes function. However, the Apple Pencil is activated by default because this provides the best User Experience.
This feature is only available in the iPad App. In the Web-App, you cannot take handwritten notes, only text notes by using the keyboard.
Under "Language" you can set the App language independently of the device language. You have the choice between German, English, Italian, French and the device language.
Under "Support" you have the possibility to call the Applysia Support Page directly from the App to read the instructions for questions or to write a ticket in case of technical problems.
Under "Privacy Settings" you can decide whether or not you want to share your usage data with Applysia to improve the software. To do this, use the "slider" on the right to switch the analytics feature on or off. You can also access the privacy policy from here and view it on the Applysia website.
By clicking "About Applysia App" you can see which version of the App you are currently using.
Assessment status
The Assessments that are displayed to you can have different statuses.
Assessment in Draft mode
If the Assessment has not yet been activated by your Administrator, you will find "Draft" in gray in the row of the corresponding Assessment.
To be able to open a (new) Assessment in Draft mode, you have to download it first. To do this, click on the "Download button" to the right of "Draft". A gray arrow will then appear on the right side.
Then you can click on the Assessment to open it.
Active Assessment
If the Administrator has activated the Assessment, you will find "Active" highlighted in green in the row of the corresponding Assessment.
You will need to download the Assessment (again) after activation to access the activated version. To do this, click on the "Download button" in the box to the right of "Active".
Then you can click on the Assessment to open it.
By clicking on the "Download button" in the box, you can update the respective Assessment at any time and access the latest version. Completed Assessment
If an Assessment has been completed, you will find "Completed" highlighted in blue in the row of the corresponding Assessment.
You can still open the Assessment by clicking on it.
Explanations of all other functions can be found under "App".
Filter
Click on the "filter icon" in the upper left corner to display the list of Assessments
to search arbitrarily for keywords and
to filter by status.
After you have clicked on "Filter" and thus confirmed your selection, the filter icon will show you whether and how many filters are active. Click on "Clear" to reset the filters and display all Assessments again. This feature works both in the List view and in the Calendar view.
List and Calendar view
You can choose and switch between the List and Calendar view in the App overview. To switch between views, click on the "List/Calendar icon" in the upper right corner.
By default, the List view is preset.
The List view shows your Assessments sorted by date in ascending order (oldest first, most recent below) and broken down by month.
The current day is marked by a colored circle on the left margin.
In addition, you can jump to a specific date by clicking on the "Date" in the top center and selecting the desired date to view past and future scheduled Assessments.
In the Calendar view, you can click on the individual "daily fields" to display and also open the Assessments of the respective day.
You can see from the small gray, green and blue dots in the daily fields whether and how many Assessments are or were planned for the respective day. The gray dots represent Assessments in Draft mode, green dots represent Active Assessments, and blue dots represent Assessments that have already been Completed.
To jump to a specific month click on the "Date" at the top center and select the desired month.
