Profile

Profile

Relevant for: Normal Observers, Lead Observers, Moderators (see "Observer roles in the App")

Under "Profile", the evaluation profiles of the individual Observers as well as the consolidated evaluation profile can be displayed graphically. At the same time, you can see the associated exact consolidated values on the left side.

Above you can see the legend of the diagram. Click on the names of the individual Observers to show or hide the corresponding evaluation profiles in the graphic. The corresponding name is then grayed out when the profile is hidden.

Export the graphic by clicking on the "save icon" in the upper right corner.

The vertical axis shows the individual competencies observed in each exercise. Particularly long competencies are abbreviated. Click on the abbreviated competencies to view the full competency names in a tooltip.

On the horizontal axis is the rating scale. Here you will be shown either the numbers or the individually defined symbol/character labels, depending on which setting you have previously made in the Cockpit.

In the diagram you can see the different profile lines & points in different person-specific colors:

  1. Your own Observer profile
  2. The consolidated profile
    1. For competencies that have not yet been (finally) consolidated, you will either not see a profile yet or the profile will be displayed in gray.
    2. For competencies that have already been (finally) consolidated, the profile is displayed in green.
  3. Individual other Observer profiles

If you click on the individual profile points, the legend will be displayed:

  • The full name of the competency,

  • the consolidated value (visible to all (silent) Observers) and

  • the values of the individual Observers (only visible to Lead Observers & Moderators).

Observers for whom no values are available are not displayed here.

If you use symbols/characters as individual scale labels, this legend will not be displayed when you click on the individual profile points.

If values in the diagram overlap (e.g. because two Observers have rated the Candidate the same), the respective profile points are displayed in different colors (see legend) and sizes.

Depending on which Observer role(s) you have been assigned, you can use different functions of the App (see "Observer roles in the App"). There is also a difference between the different roles in the profile, so they are listed and explained individually below.

Normal Observer

Relevant for: Normal Observer (see "Observer roles in the App")
If you are a Normal Observer (i.e. not a Lead Observer or Moderator), you can only see your own ratings in your profile (on all pages).

As soon as the Lead Observer has entered consolidated values in the App and synchronized the rating, you can also see these values in the profile. To do this, click "Refresh Consolidation" in the top left-hand corner of the "Consolidate" area. However, you still cannot see the ratings of the other Observers.

Silent Observer

Relevant for: Silent Observer (see "Observer roles in the App")

If you are a silent Observer, you will not be able to see any ratings in your profile at first.

As soon as the Lead Observer has entered consolidated values in the App and synchronized the rating, you can see these values in the profile. To do this, click on "Refresh consolidation" in the "Consolidate" area at the top left. However, you will not be able to see the ratings of the other Observers at any time.

Lead Observer & Moderator

Relevant for: Lead Observer, Moderator (see "Observer roles in the App")
If you are a Lead Observer (only possible if the Scheduler is activated) or a Moderator, you can see your own and all other Observers' ratings in the profile of the respective exercise.

Moderators can do this across exercises and Candidates, Lead Observers only for the exercise(s) and Candidate(s) to which they have been assigned.
