In the Applysia Candidate Portal, assessment-specific files can be shared with Candidates in real time during an Assessment. 

Only Candidates have access to the Candidate Portal - Observers, Moderators or Organization Administrators do not use the Candidate Portal. 

As a Candidate, you have two options to log in to the Candidate Portal to access the documents shared with you:

1. As soon as an Observer/Moderator shares (candidate-specific) files with you for the first time, you will receive an e-mail from the Applysia system. This e-mail contains a six-digit alphanumeric code and a link that allows you to access the Candidate Portal and log in.

If the Administrator of your Organization has not entered your e-mail address in the Cockpit, you will not be notified by e-mail from the Applysia system. Then log in to the Candidate Portal as described below.

2. Alternatively, you can access the Candidate Portal manually by typing "YourWorkspaceName.applysia.app/remote" in your browser bar. The Observer will then provide you with the six-digit alphanumeric code so that you can log in to the Candidate Portal.

As soon as the Observer has shared a document, the six-digit code for access to the Candidate Portal is visible in the Observer-perspective in the App next to the information about the shared document. This code must then be passed on to you. Observers can find more information about the release of documents here.
