How can I categorise competency notes?

To make a note for a specific competency, click the icon on the far right with three lines and a “+”. A new line will appear for the corresponding competency with the hint “‘+’, ‘-’ or ‘0’ to change the category”. In this line, you can not only note your observations but also categorize them. You have three categories for categorizing notes:
  1. “Strengths” (shown by the green circle with the plus),
  2. “Development areas” (shown by the red circle with the minus), and
  3. “Neutral observations” (shown by the gray empty circle).
To switch between categories, press either “-” (development area), “+” (strength), or “0” (neutral) on your keyboard, or click the “Swap Arrow Icon” next to the circle that shows the category. Alternatively, you can switch categories using the “Tab Key” on your keyboard. To add another note to a competency, click again on the field on the far right with the three lines and “+” or press “Enter” on your keyboard.
