Why is my assessment not listed in the observer interface?
Make sure that you are assigned to the desired assessment and the required organisation in the administration interface. As an administrator, you can check this yourself in the administration interface. As an observer, silent observer, lead observer or moderator, please contact the person who invited you to the assessment. You can find more information about the user roles here. If you are connected to the internet, you can update the assessment list by clicking on "Assessments" in the page header.
In the native iPad App, you can alternatively perform a swipe gesture from top to bottom.
You can find more information about the overview in the observer interface here.
