Why do some of the key values indicate that the calculation is not possible?

Some calculations are not possible due to missing and incomplete data. Assessments that are in "Completed" status are evaluated as part of the Insights. There are also two different deletion options: "Insights Archive" and "Deleted". Only assessments for which "Insights Archive" has been selected are included in the Insights. Therefore, make sure that all assessments are completed and moved to Insights. Also, perform all ratings and consolidation steps completely.
The statuses can be automated using a workflow. You can find out more here
In addition, the set filter options (date range and positions) can lead to the fact that individual key values cannot be calculated.
