Why can't I make Ratings in the Assessment in the App?

Why can't I make Ratings in the Assessment in the App?

If the Assessment is still in draft mode, you cannot make any ratings. Please make sure that the person responsible for the Assessment has also activated the Assessment.

Make sure that the Assessment is already updated and takes the current status (See: "Why doesn't my Assessment change to the new status (Draft -> Active or Active -> Completed)?").
