Why can't I log in to the observer interface?
You can log in to the observation interface if you are an observer. You can find out more about the different user roles in the observation interface here.
Make sure that you have entered the correct workspace in your browser line for access to the browser-based observer interface. If you use the native iPad app, make sure you entered the correct workspace in the corresponding field.
Please check that your login details (e-mail and password) are correct.
Make sure that your account is activated. You will receive an automatic e-mail from the Applysia system when you create your account. You will be asked to accept the invitation to the workspace. If you have not received this e-mail, you can request a new password. Once you have set your password, your account is automatically activated.
