Why can't I log in to the App?

Why can't I log in to the App?

Make sure that you have entered the correct Workspace in the field.
Please check if your login data (email and password) are correct.
Make sure your account is activated. You will receive an automatic email from the Applysia system when you create your account. Here you will be asked to accept the invitation to the Workspace. If you have not received this email, you can request a new password. Once you have set your password, your account is automatically activated.
