If the assessment is still in draft status, you cannot assess. While you can click “Assess” in the schedule and open the new page, you cannot evaluate or make notes.
[Screenshot Assessment Overview]On the new page, you will see the name of the selected exercise in the top line, in the middle.
To the right of the exercise name, you will find a timer. Once set, this timer is visible across all exercises at all times. To set the timer, click the “Set Timer” button. A pop-up window will then open.
You can now set the duration of the timer. By default, it is set to the time previously specified in the administration interface for this exercise. The duration can be adjusted by entering the desired time. Click “Start” to begin the countdown. You will now see the set time counting down.
If you click the timer again, you can stop the time. Clicking “Stop” will reset the timer to the set duration of the exercise. To close the pop-up window, click “Close” at the bottom left. The timer continues to run even if you leave the exercise and open another one.
[Screenshot Timer]To the right of the timer, you'll find the “Consolidate” button. Clicking this button takes you to an overview where you can consolidate this exercise. You can find details about consolidation here.
If you are in a group exercise with multiple candidates and want to switch between them, click on the “Name of Candidate” in the top right, and a drop-down menu will open, allowing you to choose between all available candidates for this exercise. If only one candidate is assigned to this exercise, you cannot switch between different candidates. The candidate’s name will not be clickable. If you can switch to other candidates, this is indicated by a double arrow to the right of the candidate's name.
The area below the header is divided into two sections:
On the right side, you can see and make notes about the exercise and the candidate. You can also add and view competency notes (see “Notes”).
On the left side, you can switch between "Assess" and "Documents" in the lower line (see “Assess” and “Documents”).
You can adjust the width of the two windows individually by clicking on the six black dots in the center of the screen and dragging them to the right or left.
