Relevant for: Normal observers, Lead observers, Moderators (see "User Roles")
Under "Competency Profiles", you see a graphical comparison of the candidates across various competencies.
At the top, you will find the legend of the chart. Click on individual candidates to toggle the corresponding rating profiles in the graph. The corresponding name appears crossed out when the profile is hidden.
Export the chart by clicking on "Download Chart" in the top right corner. Additionally, you have the option to export all conference data as a CSV file. Click on the "Export CSV" button in the top right corner. You can then download, send, etc. the file.
These icons/buttons are only visible to you if you have been granted permission by the (workspace) Administrator to export files from the assessment. Further information on the authorizations of the user roles can be found here.On the vertical axis, the individual competencies observed in the exercises are displayed.
On the horizontal axis, you’ll find the rating scale. Here, you will see either numerical values or, if you have activated this feature in the administration interface, the individually assigned symbols or characters.
In the chart, you see the individual profile lines and points (consolidated ratings or final ratings from the conference) in the candidates' specific colors. When you click on the individual profile points, a legend is displayed showing: The full name of the competency and the consolidation values (either from the consolidation or the final ratings from the conference) for all candidates in that competency.
If you use symbols/characters as individual scale labels, this legend will not be displayed when you click on the individual profile points.Additionally, using the target profiles set in the administration interface, you can quickly determine if the candidates' competency profiles fall within the defined requirement range. All information is directly integrated into the Applysia observer interface and is always available for graphical and numerical comparison. Learn more about target profiles
