Why is my logo not displayed even though I uploaded it?

You have the option to select a logo for your assessment, which will be displayed in the top left corner. You can upload a custom logo for the assessment or use the logo of your workspace or organisation. 

To upload a logo for your workspace or your organisation, navigate to the settings for the specific ‘Workspace’ or to the settings for the specific ‘Organization’. You have the option to upload a logo for your workspace, which will then be displayed in the upper left corner. To do so, navigate to the settings and to "Organization settings". Here you can store your logo under "Branding". Make sure that the logo is saved as a PNG or JPG file. Also make sure that you have saved your changes.
