Why can't the slider for activating the target profiles be switched on?

The slider for activating the target profiles can be switched on and off again when creating or editing a template. If you have already saved the template as a competency model in the assessment, you must first click on ‘Customise’ in the top right-hand corner in order to make changes to the template. Then you can edit the settings for the target profile in the assessment.
