Why can't I see documents in the observer interface?

Make sure you are in the correct assessment where the documents have also been uploaded. Also make sure that the documents are uploaded for the exercises and/or candidates to whom you are assigned as an observer. 

Please check if you have an active internet connection and refresh the page.
