What is the meaning of the colors in the conference?
The assessed competency ratings are displayed in different colors in the consolidated matrix in the conference. The green marking indicates competency ratings that are within the previously defined target range. Yellow markings indicate that the competencies are slightly outside the target profile and an orange marking indicates that the competency rating is more than one scale point outside the target profile. Depending on the defined target profile, numerically higher competency ratings may have a "worse" color coding, e.g. yellow.
This color coding only appears in the conference for assessments in which you have activated the
target profile in advance. Otherwise, the color coding is based on the color of the assessment. Lighter shades of color indicate lower competency ratings and darker shades of color indicate higher ratings.
