What is a tooltip?

In the Applysia software, tooltips are small pop-up windows that appear, e.g. for diagrams in the conference, as soon as you hover over a profile point in the browser-based observer interface or click on it in the native iPad app. The tooltips contain detailed information, for example, on the name of the competency, consolidated values, etc.
