The "Reports" tab in the candidate single view is visible only if you are a Moderator of the assessment.
If you click on the "Reports" tab in the bottom line, you will see an overview of the report template(s) that you have added to the assessment. Based on these templates, you can create candidate-specific result reports at the touch of a button.
For more information on how to add report templates to an assessment, see here.Click on "Generate Report" under the name of the corresponding template on the basis of which you would like to create the results report. Depending on the complexity of the report template, it may take a moment for the report to be completed. Once the report is created, it will replace the previous template with assessment- and candidate-specific information.
Click on the finished report to view it. A new page will open where you can review the report.
At the right side, you can click the button with three points to open options. Here you can open a generated report, update it or download it.
If no report has been generated, you can download the report template by clicking "Download". The option to regenerate the report is useful, for example, if you’ve added new notes that you’d like to include in the report. A loading animation appears on the far left while the report is being generated.
As soon as you regenerate the report, the existing report you are currently viewing will be replaced. Click "Update Report" to generate a new report.
Depending on the complexity of the report template, it may take a moment for the report to be completed.Click on the options menu on the right and then on "Download" to download the generated report. A pop-up window will appear where you can choose the format in which you want to download the report. You have the option of the original file format of the report template you uploaded in the administration interface (Word or PowerPoint) and the PDF format. Check the boxes next to the desired fields and then click "Download". If you want to cancel the process, click "Cancel".
If you export the final result report as a PDF file, there may be changes in the PDF rendering, such as formatting issues. The optimal display is achieved when downloading the finished report in the original format of the template (Word or PowerPoint).
Alternatively, you can also regenerate the report from the overview page. If you have already generated the report once, you will see the "Update Report" button. Click on this button to create an updated version of the report. The finished result report also appears under the candidate-specific files in the "Report" tab.
