How can I adjust the Consolidation values?
As long as the competencies are not consolidated yet, you can set the values in different ways:
Use the "Average ratings" button to calculate the average of the ratings of all Observers,
with the slider you can set any value,
with the function "Automatic Consolidation" you form automatic consolidation values.
Manual changes remain possible.
