How can I adjust the consolidated values?

If the "automatic consolidation" feature has been enabled, you will see the note "Results are consolidated automatically" at the top, and consolidated values will be automatically set. Manual changes remain possible. Further information on automatic consolidation can be found here.
If automatic consolidation has not been activated and the competencies have not yet been consolidated, you can set the values in different ways:
  1. Use the ‘Average ratings’ button to calculate the average value from the ratings of all observers. The value can then be changed using the slider.
  2. Use the slider to set any value.
If the competencies are already consolidated, you will see a green tick next to the slider. You can remove the green tick by clicking on it and reset the value as described above.
