Do I always have to choose numbers for the scale labeling?
You can customize the scale labels individually in the administration interface. To do this, you can either label the individual anchor points with numbers or select an individual scale label using symbols/characters. You can store up to three symbols/characters per scale point, which you can then use as the basis for the rating, consolidation, and candidate comparison in the observer interface.
