What is my function as a silent observer?

As a silent observer, you work exclusively in the observer interface. You do not actively participate in the assessment, i.e. you do not rate the candidates' competencies and cannot take notes. As soon as the consolidation has been carried out, these consolidated values and all values in the conference are visible to you.
