What do the symbols behind the numbers of the behaviour anchors mean?

The symbols serve as a guideline according to the colored representation, depending on how good the calculated values are. This gives you a rough guide for interpreting the results.
The green icon with the “check mark” indicates good proficiency, the yellow icon with the “exclamation mark” indicates potential for improvement and the orange icon with the "x" indicates that a revision is needed.
