Using Applysia as a Progressive Web App

To continue using Applysia on your iPad like an app, you can install the application directly from your browser as a Progressive Web App.

A Progressive Web App, or PWA for short, allows you to open Applysia like a regular app directly from your iPad’s Home Screen. Installation via the App Store is not required.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Applysia on your iPad in Safari or Chrome.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. In Safari, tap the Share icon.

  3. Tap Show More.

  4. Select Add to Home Screen.

  5. Check the displayed name of the application. If required, you can adjust the name. This name will later appear below the app icon on your Home Screen.

  6. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

After installation, you will find the app icon on your iPad’s Home Screen. Tap the icon to open Applysia directly. The PWA behaves similarly to an installed app and is displayed without the regular browser address bar.
